Plus a great deal more, which you will be able to discover for yourself at the ADFA Open Day.
At ADFA on Open Day:
Open Day is your chance to see a range of exciting displays by the Navy, Army and Air Force and learn everything you need to know about life at ADFA.
Defence and University staff will be on hand providing careers and course information. ADFA Navy Midshipman and Army and Air Force Officer Cadets will also be available to talk to you about life at ADFA and to conduct personal tours. They can give you a first hand account of their military and academic studies and experience.
ADFA Midshipmen and Officer Cadets will also navigate the above-pool obstacle course, abseiling down the side of a building, climb the rock climbing wall and practicing martial arts. You will also be entertained by live music throughout the day.
Tours led by UNSW@ADFA staff will highlight the outstanding academic facilities, and information sessions will tell you everything you need to know about academic life at ADFA. If you are considering ADFA as one of your tertiary options in 2009 or 2010 you should make every attempt to attend the academic information sessions provided by UNSW or visit the display area in Adams Hall. These information sessions will address both the undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
UNSW@ADFA actively welcomes postgraduate applications from non-military applicants.
Defence Force Recruiting will also be at the Open Day to answer questions and help you with an application to join the Navy, Army or Air Force.
